Wombatmail: DNS Tools & Data

Wombatmail combines a set of DNS tools and mailbox provider data that I put together to help fellow email and deliverability nerds troubleshoot problems.

With Wombatmail, you can:

• Check to see if an email domain is valid for receiving mail.
• Look up email authentication records for a domain (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, etc.)
• Enter an IP to quick jump to links for blocklist checking and other third party reputation checks like SNDS and Sender Score.
• See what domains are hosted by a large mailbox provider (like Google).
• Get an idea if a given network range is sending spam to my spamtrap addresses.
• And much more!

I used to run a separate DNS tools site called XNND, but this has been merged into Wombatmail as of the end of 2023.
